Our Annual AAMHO General Membership Meeting or AGM will be held from 9:00 AM to Noon on Saturday, March 28, in the Ballroom at ViewPoint Golf and RV Resort at 8700 E. University in Mesa, 85207.  Come early to sign in and let’s fill the room!  This year’s AGM is FREE and very easy to register for online at aamho.org.  We hope that our attending members will help us make up for this by donating a few dollars at the door or going crazy with our AAMHO 50/50 so we don’t lose money!  We will serve coffee, tea, water, muffins and fruit as you arrive. Please bring cash for the 50/50 and a checkbook if you want to join, renew membership or donate to AAMHO. Sorry, only active members are allowed according to our bylaws to attend the AGM but guests can join at the door.  We need a head count for set-up and a continental breakfast (muffins and fruit) so please register either online or through mailing in the short form in this newsletter to our mailbox in Mesa. We picked March 28^th  because it is AFTER Spring Training ends so hotels should be cheaper and traffic should ease up. We do not have the capability yet of allowing members to join via ZOOM due to spotty Internet in the room. Some groups, like Yuma, are carpooling and sharing hotel rooms so they can attend the AGM this year! So happy to have members attend this year from all across Arizona!

Please join other AAMHO members for a 1.5 hour class taught  on Wednesday, April 15, at 1 PM by District 8 Director, Charlotte Perkins from Cottonwood. This class will be  on the laws that affect us as residents in manufactured and mobile home parks, LTA Lite. (Landlord Tenant Acts)  More details to follow from Charlotte on how to prepare for this class.
