Effective September 18, 2003 the Arizona Secretary of State is no longer required to provide or have available a paper copy of the "ACT". Likewise the park owners/managers are no longer required to provide new residents nor existing residents upon request a copy of the current "ACT".
A copy of the "ACT" is also available through the Arizona Secretary of State office website: www.sos.state.az.us
Senate Bill 1261 initiated this change and at the same time initiated a change in the "ACT" which states "the landlord must give out a concise written summary of the "Act" which has been approved by the Director of the Department of Fire, Building & Life Safety.
